Terms of Service

1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information and keep it updated at all times.
3. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by authorized users or resold clients.

1. ZP Core provides web hosting services on an "as available" basis.
2. All hosting plans include defined storage, bandwidth, and resource allocations, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Service specifications are defined at the time of purchase.
4. ZP Core reserves the right to modify, upgrade, limit, or discontinue Services to maintain security, stability, or legal compliance.

1. Reselling of ZP Core services is permitted only with prior notification to ZP Core.
2. Resellers are fully responsible and liable for the actions, content, and usage of their customers.
3. Abuse caused by resold services will be treated as abuse by the reseller.

You may not use the Services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including but not limited to:

• Any illegal content or activity under Danish law, EU law, or applicable international law
• Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain-related workloads of any kind
• Malware, botnets, DDoS attacks, hacking, scanning, or exploitation attempts
• Spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices

ZP Core reserves the right to monitor, inspect, and investigate hosting activity without notice when abuse or violations are suspected. Enforcement is handled on a case-by-case basis and may include suspension or termination without explanation.

1. You are solely responsible for the websites, applications, and content you host, including updates, security, and software you install.
2. ZP Core does not provide managed services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
2. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit cards, and Stripe.
3. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, or government fees.
4. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
5. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of services without warning.

1. A refund may be requested within 48 hours of initial service activation.
2. Refunds apply only to first-time services and exclude setup fees, one-time fees, and abuse-related terminations.
3. Promotional or discounted services may be non-refundable.

1. ZP Core aims to provide reliable global service availability.
2. If uptime falls below 95% in a billing period, customers may request service credits equal to the verified downtime.
3. Service credits are the sole remedy and are not redeemable for cash.
4. Scheduled or emergency maintenance does not count toward downtime.

1. Customers are fully responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
2. ZP Core is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
3. All data is immediately and permanently deleted upon service termination, including for non-payment or abuse.

ZP Core may suspend or terminate services immediately and without notice if:

• These Terms or the AUP are violated
• Illegal or prohibited activity is detected
• Payment obligations are not met
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated
• The service poses legal, security, or operational risk

ZP Core reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

1. ZP Core retains all rights to its infrastructure, systems, branding, and intellectual property.
2. Customers retain ownership of their content but grant ZP Core a limited license to host and transmit it as required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ZP Core shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the previous 30 days

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZP Core from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Use of the Services is subject to ZP Core's Privacy Policy.

ZP Core may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, while remaining enforceable globally.

ZP Core is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
